• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Please note that weekends and public holidays may affect processing times.
Shipping and Delivery
• Domestic Orders: Standard shipping is via Media Mail, which typically takes 2–8 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
• Pre-Orders: If your order includes a pre-ordered item, we will ship the entire order once all items are in stock. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
• Packaging: All items, especially vinyl records, are carefully packaged in-house to prevent damage during transit. We take extra care with fragile items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Damaged Items
While we make every effort to package your items securely, issues can occasionally arise during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on receiving a refund or exchange.
